Tea Time with Twinnings Cindy Dress - Size Extra Large

This Cindy style dress has been created using a vintage tea towel and various secondhand fabrics! 

The dress has a gathered front, puff sleeves and POCKETS!✨ 

The dress is quite oversized! Size up or size down depending on the desired fit. I have a 41 inch bust and prefer a size medium, however the size large fits well too!

This dress fits a 46-49 inch bust.
